Project Completion: Cypress and 7th Apartments We’re delighted to announce the completion of the Cypress and 7th Apartments! The 10,500-square-foot building provides 15 affordable housing units to support special needs and unhoused individuals in the City of Lompoc. Amenities include a community center, laundry facilities, covered patio and BBQ area.
