Project Update: Arroyo Terrace Apartments Gaining momentum! Demolition is complete and work on foundations has begun. Excavation, on-site utilities, and structural rebar are in progress for the (3) three-story buildings that will provide 63 affordable housing units for the Arroyo Grande community. Project Update: Barcelona Homes Construction of the first two homes overlooking the Pacific Ocean is complete. One home has already sold. Significant progress has been made on the complex foundations for the three hillside homes. Project Update: Maxine Lewis Apartments Serious progress is being made on the Maxine Lewis Apartments project.?Third floor framing is complete, roof trusses are being staged while rough-in installation of plumbing/mechanical/electrial work is taking place.?It’s an honor to be working for the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo?on this mixed-use, affordable housing project that will provide critical housing for the San Luis Obispo community. Project Completion: Cypress and 7th Apartments We’re delighted to announce the completion of the Cypress and 7th Apartments! The 10,500-square-foot building provides 15 affordable housing units to support special needs and unhoused individuals in the City of Lompoc. Amenities include a community center, laundry facilities, covered patio and BBQ area. Cypress and 7th represents a collaborative effort to address the critical need for affordable housing in Santa Barbara County.
