Project Update: The Lofts at The Creamery The final stretch is underway at The Lofts, with completion slated for early summer 2025. Exterior finishes are nearly done, while interior cabinets, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures are being installed. We’re thrilled to have teamed up with Capstone Commercial Properties, Inc. on this exciting venture to bring 36 much needed downtown apartments—featuring spacious layouts and modern finishes—to the San Luis Obispo community. Project Update: HASLO HQ We’re thrilled to unveil the new, nearly complete, 13,000 SF HASLO Headquarters! It’s been an honor to serve as the general contractor, crafting a space that embodies HASLO’s commitment to “building and maintaining affordable housing for citizens in our community.” This stunning office will empower the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo team to carry out their vital mission. Project Update: Arroyo Terrace Apartments Gaining momentum! Demolition is complete and work on foundations has begun. Excavation, on-site utilities, and structural rebar are in progress for the (3) three-story buildings that will provide 63 affordable housing units for the Arroyo Grande community. Project Update: Barcelona Homes Construction of the first two homes overlooking the Pacific Ocean is complete. One home has already sold. Significant progress has been made on the complex foundations for the three hillside homes.
