Project Update: HASLO HQ We are making great progress on the corporate headquarters for the?Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo.?Interior flooring and cabinetry are being installed, and the final color coat of stucco is being applied to the exterior. Project Update: Cypress and 7th We are almost at the finish line on the Cypress and 7th project, 15-units of affordable housing, in the city of Lompoc.?The interior units are being polished as we work through the final sitework installations. Project Update: The Lofts at The Creamery We are heading into the homestretch on The Lofts at The Creamery. MEP rough-ins have been approved on the upper floors, drywall installation is continuing on the second floor and we have begun efforts to install exterior finishes. Project Update: Sisters of St. Francis Sitework We are making great progress on the Sisters of St. Francis sitework project in Santa Maria having recently finished all underground pipeline work and now placing site concrete. Project Update: Barcelona Homes Momentum is building and so are we at the Barcelona Homes project in Pismo Beach.?The first two homes in sequence are fully framed with ongoing MEP rough-in installations. The next two homes in sequence are hillside lots with fun and complicated foundation systems and retaining wall solutions. Check out those views! Project Update: Maxine Lewis Apartments We are making solid progress on the Maxine Lewis Apartments that we are building for the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo. Site utilities and site retaining walls are complete. We are now mobilizing to begin concrete foundations. This project is slated for completion in the summer of 2025. Introducing the Barcelona Homes project in Pismo Beach, CA. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Barcelona Homes project includes construction of five custom homes. Each unique floor plan ranges in size from 1,705 SF to 2,822 SF and provides convenient access to the beach and San Luis Obispo.
