What an incredible day at our Houston and San Antonio Managers Meeting! ?? We kicked things off by celebrating Mardi Gras at the French Quarter restaurant. After a productive meeting discussing our 2025 goals and key initiatives, we handed out some 2024 awards! Then, we switched gears and had some fun with goat yoga! ????♀? It was the perfect mix of focus and relaxation as we practiced staying focused on the task at hand even with (adorable) distractions!

Our West Houston team had a fantastic time celebrating Valentine’s Day at the West Houston Chamber of Commerce Business Expo! ?? ??

We had a great time at the Houston Apartment Association Installation Gala last Friday! We got to welcome the new HAA President, hang out with some of our awesome vendors, and enjoy the island vibes!

Our San Antonio crew shined bright at the San Antonio Apartment Association Installation Gala this past Friday! ? It was a fantastic evening filled with great company! It’s always fun to see everyone dressed to the nines!

Our Houston Leasing Managers, National Marketing Director, and National Training Director came together to discuss Q1 goals and kick off the year strong! After the meeting, we had some virtual reality fun at Zero Latency! ?? ??

?? Congratulations to The Abbey at Energy Corridor for an outstanding lease-up! This amazing team achieved an impressive 97% occupancy across our 1,048-unit community in July, August, and September, and they've maintained a strong performance since, across both Traditional and Premium units. To celebrate, we treated the office and maintenance team to a well-deserved night of fun and delicious food at Fogo de Ch?o. Our Southwest Vice President, National Marketing Director, and Regional Manager were thrilled to present the team with awards for their dedication and hard work in completing a successful lease-up. Huge congrats to the Energy Corridor team!
