This time at Abbeville Elementary School speaking to the 2nd and 3rd grade classes all about Abbeville Fiber and reading "Sam Visits a Sawmill". We will be at the Enterprise State Community College Mechatronics Career Fair this Thursday March 13th from 4:30pm-6:00pm. This will be held at the Alabama Aviation College. 3405 US 231, Ozark, AL 36360. We are excited to connect with eager upcoming graduates ready to start their career! #ESCC #AbbevilleFiber

A member of our Timber Procurement team had the opportunity to meet with a group of First grade students at one of our local elementary schools. We read "Sam Visits a Sawmill," which tells the story of a child named Sam, who learns how trees are turned into products that we use every day. We enjoyed connecting with high school students at the Southeast AlabamaWorks World of Works event! This event provides the opportunity to expose students to what we do and the career opportunities in our industry.

This week, we visited with the Forestry Club at the Auburn University College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment. We were excited to share the opportunities Abbeville Fiber has to offer for a career in Forestry, and connect with students who are passionate about starting their careers in the field.
