My first interview for the upcoming publication: today I spoke to a teacher of mine when I was working in the medtech space, Kasia Hein-Peters, MD. Kasia shared with me her perspective on some emerging technologies and possible futures. What she had to say was AMAZING for this publication. We discussed AI and quantum computing applications for personalized medicine and drug discovery, similar to another conversation I had. Hoping to see more specialized models that can help patients as well as physicians. Also discussed was the possibilities of genetic treatments, what they could mean and how we could see them.
