Our services span the entire sales lifecycle: TOFU outbound support: - Drive targeted, high-impact outreach by defining key market segments, target accounts, and champion personas. - Create and optimize multiple customized outreach sequences (emails, calls, LinkedIn connections) tailored to specific personas and industries for A/B testing and experimentation. - Execute by adding contacts to sequences weekly, continuously experimenting with new messaging approaches. GTM support: - Provide executive coaching to founders to brainstorm ideas, refine GTM strategies, make hiring decisions, and validate key business assumptions - Assist with creating a GTM hiring model aligned with the company’s financial goals. - Assess and provide strategic recommendations for product pitch, pricing, packaging, and negotiation levers to optimize sales effectiveness. - Design a comprehensive sales process and playbook, incorporating clear stages and qualification criteria to drive higher ACV. - Deliver hands-on sales coaching to elevate team performance and ensure consistency in approach. - Help lead the founding sales interview process, ensuring the right fit for building a high-performing sales team. - Manage and close key deals. Customer Success Support: - Implement onboarding and implementation processes - Provide hands-on support with customer kick-offs, onboarding, and implementation to drive early success. - Drive successful renewals through proactive support and engagement.
