My team has been putting in soo many hours in order to take Aayats to the next level. As this year has progressed we as a founding team Aaron Kelly & Hao Jin have really focused on the idea of building a culture that prioritizes: Ownership, Feedback, First Principal Thinking, Transparency, and most importantly—fun. If it wasn't for this focus on building a strong culture I don't think we would've made it this far.
