Join us for an expert panel on making STEM more inclusive and equitable. Register here: https://lnkd.in/ecMc6QFv Empowering more women in STEM is key to driving lasting change. Yet, women make up only 35% of STEM students, 33% of researchers, and hold just 22% of AI roles globally. This isn’t just a gender gap — it’s a roadblock to progress. Our panel of experts will explore strategies to empower more women in STEM and drive meaningful change in these critical fields. #Beijing30

Looking forward to this important discussion to hear from others and share AAUWs impact on advancing equity for women and girls through research, education and advocacy. Women's rights remain under assault, and we must stay focused and continue to leverage our strength as a community to move forward and achieve impact. Progress is powerful. #genderequity #womensrights #equalityforwomen #NGOCSW69 #UNCSW69

The FMLA has helped to transform workplaces, but too many people, especially workers of color, are still left behind. Workers of color are less likely to be eligible for FMLA-supported leave and, if they were, many people are unable to take the unpaid leave that the FMLA would provide. Expanding FMLA coverage and strengthening the law’s protections would make sure that these protections are available to all workers and benefit all families. https://lnkd.in/gEWge5_h
