Are you currently teaching a high school AP German class, or thinking about getting started? AATG members may apply for financial aid to participate in an AP? German Language and Culture summer institute. Applicants can choose from a wide variety of 2025 summer institutes, some of which are offered in person, some are offered online. The Tussing-Mahlkau Scholarship provides financial assistance of up to $700 for registration and other costs upon successful completion of the institute and submission of a report on the impact of the professional development experience on their teaching. AATG is delighted to announce a brand-new grant for college and university programs with Delta Phi Alpha chapters. This Delta Phi Alpha grant project seeks to provide support to increase visibility for German programs when sufficient support is not readily available. College and university German programs may apply for projects up to $500 that promote German on campus and within the community. The 2025 National German Exam Results are now posted in teachers' LingCo accounts. To access your reports, log in to your LingCo account, click on "National Exams" on the left, and then scroll down to the "Results" section. The 2025 NGE Honor Roll page is also live and you can access it here: https://lnkd.in/gh4nRPw6 Students who scored in the 90th percentile or higher and meet the eligibility requirements can now apply for the 2025 National German Exam Scholarship (formerly Study Trip Award).
