Earlier this week, our staff participated in an insightful caregiving workshop led by JR Fujita from our partners at AARP California. This valuable session helped our team better understand the challenges and responsibilities that come with caregiving – an experience that touches many lives. This marks the first of several educational workshops designed to foster inclusive thinking about life's transitions. We're committed to creating a workplace culture that recognizes and supports our team members through various life stages and responsibilities. Thank you AARP for sharing your expertise and helping us build a more empathetic and understanding workplace community. ?? ?#AARP #WorkplaceCulture #Caregiving
