Alumni Update: Giovanna, Class of 2023 We are thrilled to celebrate Giovanna, a proud Class of 2023 graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) via the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship! Since completing her studies, she has decided to pursue her passion for wine. Currently, Giovanna is working at a bottle shop in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, where she’s gaining hands-on experience and deepening her knowledge of the wine world. To further enhance her expertise, she is also studying for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification. Her journey is a testament to her strong Latina ambition, and we can't wait to see where this new path leads her!
