  • Walmart has just inked a deal with an emerging healthy sub sandwich franchise to fill 2nd generation spaces in as many as 10,000 of their USA stores, with a lease rate that's just 7% of sales with no personal guarantee!! The franchisor estimates your total all-in max investment per location will be $130k, whereas their normal startup is around $600k. Holy savings batman. And you get built in traffic daily in the thousands. When it comes to food franchises, this kind of mitigated financial risk is unheard of.
