Shaye Wali is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Baseline, a technology platform that helps origination and servicing teams streamline their workflows, leverage their data, and nurture better relationships with their investors, borrowers and partners. After graduating with a degree in Finance from Tulane University, Wali started a job at Morgan Stanley, which gave him a strong foundation in capital markets. A few years later, he created Baseline. Now, he’s on a mission to give lenders the tools they need to scale, connect, and grow. If he could go back in time and give his younger self some advice, he said, "Don't underestimate yourself. The world around you was built by people just like you." When he's not working, you can find Shaye reading, traveling or working on his game on the tennis court (fun fact: he helped rebuild the tennis program at Tulane University after Hurricane Katrina).
