Masters of HVAC?is a custom-tailored program designed to equip AAON Sales Reps from across North America to master Airside, Refrigeration, Systems, Equipment, Energy, and Equipment Efficiency Design. They also learn to leverage AAON's engineering and testing capabilities for optimal performance across all climates and applications, enabling them to solve any challenges the industry throws their way.

Looking for the perfect fit for your space? ?? Split systems offer a flexible solution when space constraints make installation tricky. This project from Hobbs & Associates, Inc. included 5 split systems that are 100% outside air heat pumps. Each unit came equipped with DX coils for cooling and electric duct heaters for supplemental heating. These units are also able to efficiently condition 100% outside air with modulating hot gas reheat for humidity control and variable capacity compressors. How well do HVAC pros?really?know their stuff???? At the 2025 AHR Expo, AAON Engineer Stacey Stratton put visitors’ industry knowledge to the test in a pop quiz showdown!

On line 9, our RN-D units come to life! ?? The mezzanines above allow our team to assemble control boards and seamlessly integrate them into each unit, optimizing our production process. This line also features eight test racks that enhance our capacity. Together, we’re building comfort, quality, and efficiency into every unit!

The NAIC lab is always pushing HVAC equipment to its limits and #AAONDeltaClass units are no exception. With the lab’s environmental chamber and its testing capabilities, the NAIC can validate ISMRE and ensure AAON units perform as expected—even in some of the toughest environments. Snow indoors? That’s right!?? Go behind the scenes with AAON Engineer, Stacey Stratton, as she walks through snow testing inside the NAIC’s environmental chamber. In this test, the NAIC’s team simulated frost buildup on the outdoor coil to evaluate our defrost sequence—ensuring reliable performance in real-world winter conditions.

AAON closed out 2024 with major milestones, including BASX's game-changing impact on data center cooling and significant production expansions.
