JOIN US FOR THIS WEEKS CONVERSATION Beneath the Surface of Faculty Cultures: Building a Healthy School Climate Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 08:00 AM EST Join us Thursday for a conversation with John Littleford (Founder & Senior Partner at Littleford & Associates Consulting) to discuss Building a Healthy School Climate. Most teachers are innate caregivers and risk-averse. Teachers can be change agents if they initiate the change or if the administration undertakes change collaboratively with them. This conversation will examine the politics and personalities that make up school cultures, which greatly impact overall faculty morale, trust in management, and openness to change. Often, a few highly respected teachers, but at times, highly vocal teachers who advocate for or against certain causes or initiatives can influence a faculty culture. The outcome of this conversation is to learn how to build coalitions and partnerships with faculty at all division levels and build and maintain trust between the staff and management.
