Oregon’s SB 951 protects patients and physicians by prohibiting the corporate practice of medicine and banning non-compete clauses for medical professionals. This bill ensures that medical decisions remain in the hands of physicians—not corporate entities—so we can provide the best care for our patients without outside interference. ?????? ???????? ?????? ?? ?????????????? ???? ?????????? ?????? ?????? ???? ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????????????????? ????. AAEM strongly supports SB 951 because it: ? Prevents non-physicians from influencing clinical decisions, staffing, and billing practices. ?
