CSAL Update - Kairos estimates OFCCP has scheduled about 62% of the reviews from the June 2024 CSAL. The Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) is essentially a "heads up" or courtesy notification that the OFCCP provides to federal contractors. This list lets contractors know that they have been selected for a compliance evaluation during the scheduling cycle. The Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing is the formal notification sent by the OFCCP to federal contractors, signaling the initiation of a compliance evaluation (audit).?
