Students: The 2025 AACP Student Mock Trial Competition invites student pharmacist teams to apply for a chance to compete in a mock trial, first in virtual semi-finals, with finalists invited to a live final trial held on-site at #PharmEd25 this July in Chicago. This year, teams will debate the federal classification of marijuana. Last week, AACP EVP & CEO Lee Vermeulen, BSPharm, MS, FCCP, FFIP, gave the 2025 Kremers Memorial Lecture at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. Named after Edward Kremer, the impactful educator, scientist and academician who led the School of Pharmacy across four decades, Kremers' speakers are chosen annually for exemplifying both academic excellence and leadership within the pharmacy community. Lyman Award, which honors the best paper published in the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education over the past year.
