?? Yesterday, the ECO Employee Resource Group hosted a planting demonstration! We had the pleasure of welcoming Kaydie McCormick, a Residential Horticulture Agent and master Gardener. Partnering with AAA, Kaydie shared her expertise to enhance our corporate gardening efforts and assisted associates with their home gardening projects. Plant Tip: We learned to place a coffee filter at the bottom of pots to retain moisture and prevent soil from spilling out! Our Advocates for Working Families Employee Resource Group hosted a powerful Lunch & Learn in honor of National Adoption Month. This event shed light on the unique experiences of adoptive families within the U.S. foster system, offering a space for understanding and connection. We were moved by stories shared by our colleagues, who came together to foster support and empathy for others interested in adoption or who share similar experiences. #NationalAdoptionMonth

Thanks to the incredible support of the Slow Down, Move Over campaign and a dedicated partnership with NAPA Auto Parts, we sold more than 26,000 t-shirts and raised over $100,000. The proceeds will support proactive safety measures like variable message signs, HAAS alerts, and also help fund the Survivor Fund at the International Towing & Recovery Museum. Saving lives is in AAA’s DNA, and with more safety measures in place we can help protect our emergency road service providers. Yesterday, our new Employee Resource Group, Eco, joined forces with AAA Cares and Wine To Water to construct 100 water filters that will provide clean water to communities in need for the next 10 years! This impactful initiative was made possible through a partnership with Wine to Water, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting life and dignity through the power of clean water. A huge thank you to all our associates who participated and helped make a difference by building these life-changing filters. Together, we’re making a lasting impact! #AAACares #ECOERG

Today, our team came together for a meaningful company-wide Town Hall, led by our CEO, Gene Boehm. It was a chance to connect, stay updated, and reaffirm our commitment to our mission. We were energized by inspiring presentations from our new Chief Brand Officer, Meg Lane, as well as insights from leaders Dave Ugan and Stacey Barber, who shared pivotal lessons from their own journeys. Additionally, Jake Nelson, our Director of Traffic Safety & Advocacy, provided an important update on our safety initiatives. Following the Town Hall, we celebrated with a Thanksgiving-themed lunch, creating an opportunity for teams to relax, connect, and embrace the spirit of gratitude. ? Today was a day of thankfulness and pride for the impact we’re making together.
