Congratulations Bernadette Kallhoff, B.S., CPIA, on 15 years of service to AAALAC International!?Bernadette currently serves as Program Analyst, providing support of accreditation program activities. “Working at AAALAC International fills me with pride on several levels. First, I advocate for animals by ensuring that accredited units are meeting the gold standards we have established. I also make sure that site visitors have all the necessary information. Meeting individuals in our field, including top professionals and animal caretakers, is important as they are the first line of defense for animals. I support the Council—past, present, and ad hoc—and, most importantly, my boss, who has taught me so much about this industry, next to my husband and the late Jim Swearengen, who led me to this path.” ~ Bernadette Kallhoff
