During our recent #SteppingUpForHunger campaign, our associates generously volunteered their time and efforts at the Maryland Food Bank in Baltimore. They diligently sorted through a substantial donation of food items, repackaging them to ensure they could be distributed to individuals in the local community facing food insecurity. We thank our dedicated associates for their unwavering commitment to supporting the Stepping Up For Hunger campaign.

Last week, our associates in Columbus, Ohio dedicated their time to help out at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective. Their work was to sort through a large donation of food and re-package so it could then be sent to others in the area who are in need. Our Associates are demonstrating unwavering commitment to combatting hunger this year in our #SteppingUpForHunger campaign! Associates in Maryland enthusiastically volunteered at the Maryland Food Bank, where they packaged boxes of nutritious food for distribution.

Stephanie has worked with AAA for almost 17 years! She began her journey as a travel agent, and through several promotions, is now the District Director for 12 stores in the Virginia and West Virginia regions. Her responsibilities include growing her team of Managers and Associates to reach their highest professional potential while ensuring a high level of employee retention and continuing to develop AAA’s relevance as a competitive retailer in today’s business world. Stephanie, a West Virginia native, celebrated 25 years of marriage to Lance and they have a daughter, Bella, a junior at Virginia Tech. They also have two cats. She loves shopping, traveling, and true-crime shows. From Stephanie: “It’s amazing to me that we (AAA) are so spread out geographically but can make so many connections and relationships. I love my team and the positive professional impact I can have in helping them develop their careers.” #AAASpotlight
