A4LE?is a non-profit, interdisciplinary association of professionals working at the intersection of learning and place to drive the evolution of learning environments. Members of the association include architects, interior designers, industry partners, facility planners, educators, and more who’s core purpose is to strengthen learning for all through better learning environments. The New York Chapter hosts networking and continuing education opportunities, takes part in annual regional and national conferences, and connects professionals to certifications such as the Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP) that serve this overarching goal. The association believes in the following core values: ? Interested in learning more about effective Career and Technical Education (CTE) learning spaces? Join the A4LE New York Chapter and Meteor Education on March 20th at 12:00 PM EST for a virtual CEU. This training session aims to equip architects and interior designers with the essential knowledge and skills needed to design effective Career and Technical Education (CTE) classrooms in Middle and High Schools. Participants will gain insights into the unique requirements of educational spaces, enabling them to create environments that foster experiential learning and skill development. Learning Objectives: 1. Learn about the principles and pedagogical approaches of Career and Technical Education and explore how architectural design can support hands-on, project-based learning within these CTE classrooms. 2.
