?? Employee Spotlight: Patrice Welch ?? This November, we’re thrilled to spotlight Patrice Welch, our Director of Portfolio Management at A2A Alliance Pharmaceuticals. Patrice has been with us since 2023 and brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical experience, joining A2A to support our mission of assisting disabled veterans with medication costs. Patrice’s story is one of taking bold leaps of faith. After beginning her career in education, she transitioned into pharmaceuticals, where she’s thrived ever since. At A2A, she’s used her expertise to provide key documentation and resources for the sales team, ensuring their success. Outside of work, Patrice loves spending time with her family and friends at church, camping, or family gatherings. She also enjoys thrift shopping and reading. Her values of family and community shine through in everything she does, both personally and professionally. Meet Our September Employee Spotlight: Winston Churchill! Winston has been an integral part of A2A’s success since April 2024, serving as our Director of Government Sales. Outside of work, he is the Vice Chair of the Board of Counselors at his church, serves on the Douglas County Board of Elections, and supports his community through several local organizations. Of course, he also enjoys spending time with his family. His two youngest daughters, Kent and Devon, play volleyball, ride horses, and are involved in community theater. His oldest daughter, Jasmine, lives in Chicago with her husband and three sons and is a PA-C at Northwestern University Hospital. His next oldest daughter, Jade, lives near Baltimore and is a research coordinator at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. Winston and his wife, Berneta, enjoy traveling, theater, and supporting each other’s community activities. This time of year, he especially enjoys NFL and college football. “My favorite aspect of working for A2A is our phenomenal leadership and the support and trust they give me and my team. I’m also blessed to have a team that’s second to none—we all respect and lift each other up, not show each other up. Plus, I get to work with Bill Cieri every day. A2A is a unique organization, free from the negative energy that seems to have consumed some pharmaceutical companies. The most rewarding project I’ve worked on at A2A is RiVive, our 3mg Naloxone that provides a compassionate dose. Working with Harm Reduction Therapeutics has been rewarding because it gives us the chance to actually save lives. Meet Our September Employee Spotlight, Trena Blankenship! Trena joined the A2A Alliance team in September 2023 and serves as our dedicated Government Account Manager (Sales). When she’s not hard at work, Trena loves spending time with her family and friends, crafting, hiking to beautiful waterfalls and most of all becoming a Gigi to her first grandchild. She’s also passionate about bible study and participating in service projects with her core women’s group. Recently, Trena has picked up a new hobby—playing pickleball!
