Look No Further for Valve and Actuator Testing! -Oxygen Clean - Our Clean Room is used to clean valves for Oxygen and other services that require all hydrocarbon grease and any other containments to be removed from the valve. -PMI Test - PMI (Positive Material Identification) is a non-destructive test that evaluates a sample’s chemical composition. This test is performed using an XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) analyzer. -MTR - An MTR (Material Test Report) can be provided to customers for each valve ordered. This test report conforms to EN 10204 Type 3.1. -Dye Penetrant Testing - Dye penetrant testing is used to detect defects and porosity in a sample being tested. https://a-tcontrols.com/

After an 18-month process , our customer is now installing the Masoneilan Control Valves LincolnLog control valve in a boiler feedwater letdown application, alongside A-T Controls, a Vytl Company FM-approved automated packages on a natural gas line skid. All products are part of the Vytl Controls Group . A fantastic team effort!
