That is why A Place At Home franchises will only be awarded to those who practice and commit to our “We are CARE” philosophy. CARE = Compassionate, Accountable, Respectful, and Ethical. Our franchisees are those that are looking to own a franchise that can make an impact on people’s lives every day. These owners might have had experience in the senior care field, been impacted by a senior, desire to be part of a movement to provide a higher level of senior care, or someone looking for a career change that desires the independence of owning and managing their own franchise.
