I'm even more excited, however, that Urban Land Institute focused on the work we're doing to create an innovation district focused on defense tech -- the crux of our work with Andrew Lackner and Bob Ghafouri that I've been posting about a lot lately. As we address challenges in the built environment it's critical to think creatively about every project's "right to win" and lean into those areas even outside the "bricks and sticks." I think the Virtus innovation center is a great example of that kind of creativity and I'm excited to see it come together.

Our A&MPLIFY by A&M team gathered for some bonding and a little fun to kick off the 2025 fiscal year! Looking around at our diverse group, I am reflecting on all we have achieved together.
