Another outstanding achievement by our in-house finishers at our Promenade project in Fayetteville, GA! This project had an overall minimum slab on ground FF/FL requirement of FF-35/FL-25. Our finishers always go for the highest floor numbers possible regardless of the specified numbers. This 260,000 SF slab on ground consisting of 6 slab pours was just another opportunity for our AM finishers to set themselves apart from the industry. With a whopping overall FF/FL of FF-110.2 / FL-70.28, our finishers produced another super-flat floor and Golden Trowel nomination worthy performance! AM Concrete has been awarded the 260,000 SF Daesol Ausys Manufacturing Facility in West Point, GA! We're thrilled to work with Integra Construction on this automobile parts manufacturing facility. This builidlng is part of Daesol Ausys' $72 Million investment in Georgia where they plan to create more than 140 new jobs in West Point and Harris County. This project consists of a concrete tilt-up building with varying structural slabs for Daesol Ausys' unique requirements required for thier manufacturing needs.
