I have had the privilege of managing Chef Rōze Traore for several years and continue to be amazed by his unwavering dedication to his craft and passions. A multifaceted talent, Chef Traore is not only an accomplished chef and model but has most recently ventured into hotels, opening La Fourchette de Roze.
