September is Lenovo's Love On Month of Service! Yesterday, Rising Employees at Lenovo (REAL) teamed up with A Doorway to Hope to put together a community field day. This experience truly reinforced how a few hours of service can make a meaningful impact in someone else's life- an important reminder of the power of unity and kindness. ?? Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such an important mission! #LoveOn #WeAreLenovo

September is Lenovo's LoveOn Month of Service where thousands of employees from around the world volunteer to give back to their local communities. Yesterday I got to play a part in contributing to two amazing groups - Special Olympics and A Doorway to Hope (ADTH)! Lenovo's campus here in Morrisville, NC hosted the Special Olympics for a fun basketball event during lunchtime. No matter how large the swarm of ants where while attacking me, I was able to make the most out of it and be a loud fan for the athletes. After work, the Rising Employees at Lenovo (REAL) ERG had a Carnival Event at Chatham Estates with the support A Doorway to Hope (ADTH) and the YMCA! ADTH is a local NC organization that provides necessary resources to local services and aims to return families-in-need to self-sufficiency. At this event, we assisted with hosting games, face painting, a foam canon, and tacos from Ruckus! It was an evening filled with fun and laughter. My first LoveOn month of service was definitely one to remember! Thankful for all the people who helped make these events possible.
