Creating change so more Utah women and girls can thrive.
关于我们
National and statewide studies show that women and girls in Utah are not thriving in critical areas. Utah continues to have high levels of domestic violence, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and gender-based discrimination, while also ranking as the worst state for women’s equality and having low levels of women’s leadership representation. It is time for Utah to embrace A Bolder Way Forward (BWF), a systems-based approach to creating change faster and more effectively. Leaders across the state in 18 areas of focus are coming together to set bold goals for 2026 and 2030. We invite you to learn more and engage in this initiative. When we lift Utah girls and women, we lift all Utahns!

In this episode of the Utah Women & Leadership Project's podcast, I am joined by Patricia Jones, CEO of the Women's Leadership Institute to discussion the status of status of women leaders in business in the state. We did our first brief in 2014, with an update in?2018?to determine if progress had been made. Unfortunately, during those four years, the percentages decreased in most areas. Now, six years later, the UWLP provides another update on the?status of women leaders in Utah business, which is the topic of this episode.?Listen in! Utah State University - Jon M.
