A-BIO would like to welcome Lauren Floccare to the team! Lauren joins us as a Process Specialist with 15 years of experience in biotech and biopharma manufacturing and development.?She has a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and a MS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.?Having spent 13 years at a CDMO, Lauren has a breadth of experience ranging from GMP facility commissioning and qualification to electron microscopy but her true expertise lies in Upstream manufacturing and development as well as all the equipment, processes, and facilities that come along with it.?She is a champion of driving projects to completion through cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and application of technical expertise. ? Outside of work, Lauren spends her time with her husband, 3 young kids, and 2 dogs.?She enjoys traveling, hiking, learning how to cook new things, and feeding people.
