We are so proud of the AAE team for coming in last week with no power or water to help get homes and businesses ready to have power restored. A few mobile hotspots and generators helped make it happen. #poweredtoserve

Well, I had a pretty bad mountain bike accident last week and spent the weekend in the hospital. Then I came in this morning and our team made me this awesome get well basket. As the owner of the company, sometimes it can feel a bit lonely. Little things like this are a reminder that the sacrifices are all worth it. I am beyond blessed to have such a great caring team and family! Thank you all! #blessed #poweredtoserve

Investing in monthly leadership training for our office and field management teams has helped tremendously to align our company around what we believe is most important.
