JE Dunn is constructing a new 35,361 SF branch library to replace the current University City Regional Library. Scheduled for completion at the end of November, the new library sits in the heart of University City, home to the UNC Charlotte 49ers! ???? Yesterday, we celebrated a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for a new 4-story skilled nursing facility at Carolina Meadows, Inc. This 121,000 sf state-of-the-art building will feature 84 private residences, garden terraced roofs, kitchens, dining areas, and a parking garage. The community is thrilled about this new development, and we are honored to bring this vision to life.
