Continued progress at our 228-unit multifamily development Terra Vista at Tejon! Framing is well underway across multiple buildings, with roofing and exterior building paper advancing smoothly. Rough MEP installations are progressing, and switchgear has been installed in four buildings. Drywall is now underway at the Clubhouse and one residential building.
