It features 122,400 gross square feet of fully climate-controlled self-storage space, offering a total of 1,032 premium units. ? Strategically situated near Interstate 78, this facility provides excellent access to the heart of the New York Metro Area. ? We celebrated this milestone with a fantastic ribbon-cutting ceremony, joined by Irvington Mayor Anthony Vauss and several councilmembers. Bridgepoint 15E, Newark, NJ???Industrial A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the 211,400 sq ft design/build warehouse.?Site work included demolition of existing buildings and slabs, ground improvements, installation of new storm basins and a retaining wall with fence along the back of the property, utilities, asphalt paving and concrete, and landscaping. Construction included a painted precast concrete tilt-up panel fa?ade, 60-mil TPO roof, vapor mitigation system, exterior man doors, drive-in doors, overhead doors, storefront and curtain wall.?The interior project involved rough carpentry, ceramic tile and carpeting, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection. #industrial #industrialconstruction #warehouse

Camden, NJ: Yesterday was the Topping Off Ceremony at Holtec International's new "HUB" Holtec Universal Building, located on the campus of Holtec International. It's always an exciting day when the last steel beam is set in place! We were joined by many of the Holtec International team, labor on the project, A&E Construction Co. team, design professionals and special guest, Camden Mayor Victor Carstarphen. The Mayor was extremely enthusiastic as he pointed out that this was big for Camden and what they are trying to accomplish. It was the Mayor's first Topping Off Ceremony since taking office in 2021. #Construction #steel #toppingoffceremony
