Today is a very special day! Our very own Paulette is celebrating her 8th workiversary at 916 Ink!? 8 years is a very long time... but what's even more remarkable is what Paulette has contributed over that period of time.? In case you didn't know, Paulette was the first Production Coordinator at 916 Ink. In that role, she developed the process (and the magic) by which our anthologies are produced and distributed! From there, she became the second-ever Find Your Voice Program Manager and built a strong curriculum, a dynamic team, and meaningful partnerships. FYV is where it is because of Paulette! And now, she leads the way through our new and innovative projects as the Community Programs Manager. With Drop a Pen, the Rancho YPL, and Multilingual Programs, she again proves that Ink can have a deeper community impact than we previously imagined.? Thank you for your time and talents, Paulette.? #workanniversary #inkspiration #nonprofit #dropapen #youthpoetlaureate
