A LOVE LETTER, to my beloved brand-builder community ?? If we don’t work as #mrx professionals and marketers to keep brand-building human, who will? It’s Valentine’s Day, and while some people are thinking about roses and chocolate, I woke up thinking about something else entirely—the love I have for the industry I work in and the love required to do the work we do as brand builders, marketers, and researchers. We’re in an era where automation, AI, and efficiency are often prioritized over nuance, depth, and real human connection. ???? Data is abundant, but wisdom is rare. ???? Insights are everywhere, but true understanding is harder to come by. ???? The pressure to move faster often overshadows the need to think better. But brands that truly move people aren’t built on surface-level metrics. They’re built on trust. ? Trust that comes from listening. ? Trust that comes from relationships—between brands and consumers, between businesses and their partners, between researchers and the decision-makers who count on them for guidance.
