Plagiarism of roles and titles: Unless you have been there from the defining moments, the beginning and have done the work, you cannot claim it. Iv seen so many people want to sit in the car and claim that they were out on the streets. The #non-profit and service sectors are driven by passion and purpose, aiming to make a real difference in people's lives. Yet, it's disheartening to see how often the work is undervalued or misappropriated. Plagiarism isn't just about stealing words—it's about appropriating ideas, project titles, and founding principles without acknowledgment. The true measure of success in this field isn’t shortcuts or opportunism but the efficacy and respect we bring to our work. When service becomes a business and medicine turns into a trophy, we lose sight of our mission. Let’s remember that every role matters in helping others. Genuine respect and commitment are what will truly make a difference. Let’s honor the integrity of our work and focus on creating lasting, positive impact. ???? Be better. #NonProfit #ServiceWithIntegrity #RespectTheWork #GenuineImpact

Belief. A team that believes in the vision and each other will go far. The background research takes time. Testing of intentions and measures. I absolutely love my 8BV team. Every single person believes in each other, understands that we are in the trenches together, and contributes to the bigger picture. Healing, one breath at a time. Give everyone an opportunity it’s to have and learn tools that can change their lives holistically. The human experience has ups and downs, we can lessen the load by being a community again. Healing generational trauma through movement, measurement, AI, storytelling, art, community. Anything and everything is art, you are art, remember that.

My team. Every single person on the team is great at what they do, they understand teamwork, believing in each other, guidance, trust and the mission. Non profit work is working in the trenches with people to achieve goals and make the world a better place together. It starts with our own reflections of ourselves.
