??A Update From our Freight Team regarding Hurricane Milton?? Hurricane Milton is set to make landfall near Tampa as a Category 4 storm, further straining ports that are still recovering from last week’s ILA strike. Major ports like Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville are under “Port Condition X-ray” with more restrictions likely by Wednesday, causing increased congestion and potential closures. We’ll keep you updated as the situation evolves. Our thoughts are with those in Florida.

Our team is still buzzing from the incredible energy of last week’s Cold Chain Summit! A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the day, especially our speakers and panelists. Closing a fruitful week with Chilean authorities in town, Undersecretary Sanhueza Subsecretaría de Relaciones Económicas Internacionales Chile and General Director of @ProChile Ignacio Fernandez, addressing the main issues in agricultural trade between the US and Chile, meeting with Goverment and industry counterparts in the US. We visited Greater Philadelphia, the main entry point for our fruits into the east coast, touching base with great friends and partners in our bilateral trade Chilean & American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia , Holt Logistics , main importers, and Frutas de Chile. It’s always inspiring to witness the partnership and even brotherhood behind all the effort of generations building this US-Chile fruit trade industry together. Ending on a high note, we had a very productive gathering with Chilean residents in Washington DC, representatives of International Organizations and the Private Sector to discuss opportunities to promote the supply of Chilean products and services in the US. #ChileanAgriculture #FoodsFromChile
