As part of 7-Eleven International’s 10-year growth strategy at 7-Eleven Australia, I’m excited to share the launch of our Retailer Initiative, a key driver of our ambition to become every Australian’s most convenient neighborhood store. By the end of this decade, we aim to expand to around 1,000 stores, enhance our food and grocery offerings, and introduce an expanded product range across the network. ? The Retailer Initiative focuses on tailoring the right products, at the right time, and in the right quantities to meet the unique needs of each neighborhood. It’s a store-based approach that empowers our operators to align their product assortment with local customer preferences. ? We’ve already rolled out the initiative at a newly remodeled store in Melbourne, where we’ve introduced a new format with 2,900 products, including bake-in-store pastries and hot food-on-the-go options like chicken and chips, burgers, hash browns, and pizza. We’re thrilled to announce by the end of Q1, we’ll be expanding this initiative to stores across three other states. ? At 7-Eleven, Retailer Initiative is about offering a personalized shopping experience while ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers.
