Today the Town of West Hartford held its 2nd Annual Women's Small Business Breakfast and Panel Discussion. Thank you to our panelist Samantha Williams, M.S.-B Corp, WBENC, NMSDC, Goldman Sachs, Latisha Douglas, MBA, Meghan Hayden, Dr. Dori Gatter, and LaJune King for providing so much amazing and motivational insight and to our moderator, Allison Vaughn for your thoughtfulness and preparation. I love my work because I have the opportunity to hold events like these that create pathways and opportunities. We had folks from all over the state attend this event who had the opportunity to network and find ways to support and collaborate. Truth is, being intentional in uplifting, listening, and acknowledging people with varying backgrounds and lived experiences is good for the bottom line.
