Each Monday, our team has the opportunity to start the week with intention, clarity, and a little extra peace of mind. Today, we kicked off the series with Rejuv At Work, focusing on elemental awareness—a practice that helped us reconnect with the natural elements and find balance in the present moment. From my very first days, I was impressed by the structured and well-organized training process, which emphasized the importance of getting acclimated to my role and environment during the first 90 days. My trainer and leadership continuously reinforced that this period was about learning, growing, and becoming comfortable in my new role, which made the transition smooth and engaging. One of the key onboarding initiatives was scheduling meetings with a list of team members—both within and outside my department—created by my manager. This initiative has been invaluable, providing me with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, gain insights from experienced colleagues, and receive advice that I might not have had access to in other organizations. The collaboration and willingness to support one another across teams have truly stood out to me. As a Product Development Coordinator on the Product Development team, I have already had the opportunity to be involved in products that 4Patriots will bring to market in the future. It is incredibly rewarding to know that the work my team does directly impacts the preparedness and resilience of our customers in times of uncertainty.
