Currently, under-treatment and suboptimal disease control of wet AMD contribute to vision loss in patients across the world. 4D-150 is the first #retinal #GeneticMedicine clinical candidate that is designed to inhibit all four VEGF-related molecules that drive disease in #wetAMD and is currently being evaluated in the Phase 1/2 PRISM clinical trial.? ? We expect to initiate 4FRONT-1, our first Phase 3 clinical trial in Q1 2025 and look forward to advancing a potentially safe, routine and one-time intravitreal treatment with the long-term objective to preserve vision for millions of wet AMD patients, regardless of their treatment burden or disease severity.? ?
