The starting bid is $38,000 and we have plenty of time on this one. 9 of the 10 wells have only 1-2 months of production data available. The 2nd month of production is much higher than the 1st, making the cash flow multiple napkin math method nearly impossible, if not downright financially reckless. Please don't do it. We want to help. Forecasting 2 data points is challenging, but here we are. We have a deal and must make an informed decision, but how? Fortunately, 4cast has some slick features to help you evaluate such deals more confidently.
