Today, we used 4cast to evaluate EnergyNet Lot 120287. - ORRI under 82 Devon wells Assumptions: - $60 Oil, $0 Gas flat (because Permian gas prices) - Effective Date: 10/01/2024 I had trouble finding 4 of the 82 wells quickly, and I'm in a hurry, so we are excluding them. These wells are fairly mature, and decimals are the same across all wells, so any difference due to wells removed *should be fairly immaterial* and on the conservative side. *Hopefully 4cast PV10 ~ $1.2MM EN PV10 ~ $1.3MM Looks like we're firmly in the ballpark using different assumptions.
