Another Successful Completed Project! 4 S.T.E.L. is pleased to announce the completion of a 27,765 SF industrial building in collaboration with Delawie and Uprite Construction Corporation. This impressive two-story, concrete tilt-up structure boasts a 3,450 SF mezzanine, supported by a shallow spread foundation system. Key features include four dock doors with a 30’ clear height and one ground-level door. Project Success Alert! 🌟 4 S.T.E.L. is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project in the City of Industry, in collaboration with Esplanade Builders, Inc., Rexford Industrial, and BSB Design. Phase I Highlights: - Enlarged the existing opening in the interior concrete wall. - Added a new saw-cut door opening in the same wall. Phase II Highlights: - Cut and modified the concrete wing walls at the building entrance. - Seismically retrofitted the existing concrete wall panels at the entrance. - Designed the architectural façade framing at the building entrance. The staff and families of 4 S.T.E.L. recently got together for our annual summer event. Dustin Rosepink, our President & CEO, was the “chef of the day,” grilling hot dogs and hamburgers to perfection. In keeping with our annual tradition, Shanglin battled, and won, the croquet contest that followed lunch. Great job Shanglin!

For our recent service project, the staff at 4 S.T.E.L. wrote and decorated cards to send to Veterans and those in the Military. We worked with Operation Gratitude, an organization that gives Americans an opportunity to thank service members and first responders with Care Packages that boost morale and resilience. We had a great time working together to provide support and encouragement to those who are, or have, served our country.

The building is a 1,000,000 sf industrial warehouse with 9,000 sf of corner office space, 27,000 sf of potential office space, and 204 dock doors with a 42’-0” clearance height.
