Meet Samuel & Sarah from the Guided by Grace litter, an energetic family of future service dogs! ?? In just a few short weeks, these pups have already shown off their poise & personality in the Puppy Enrichment Program! Within 72 hours of birth, puppies are introduced to a wide range of experiences, including sounds, scents, objects, sights, and more. They are also taught foundational obedience skills, including sit, shake, and more. The program’s purpose is to create confident eight-week-old puppies with a solid foundation of obedience skills to prepare them for their roles as service dogs. Our walls echo with moments every month when each new service dog class arrives on campus before graduating ten days later. Without Beverly, those memories may be lost only in the minds of those who were there. As a volunteer, Beverly can be found taking our class pictures on the first day & graduation day, capturing the start of so many 4 Paws journeys. "Photographing the classes is so uplifting, and also brings back those wonderful memories of when we first got our dog. I love the artistic aspect of photography, but especially capturing special moments that otherwise may not get seen."
