Job Title:?Analog Design Engineer Location:?Bangalore Job Type:?Full-time Experience :?8+ years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced?Image Sensor Analog Design Engineer?to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for image sensors, including pixel arrays, ADCs, amplifiers, and power management circuits, low-noise analog circuits?along with good knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes .Having CMOS image sensor experience is a plus, Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS image sensors, including pixel readout circuits, SAR/RAMP ADCs, biasing circuits, voltage regulators, voltage booster. PLL PCIe. etc .. Develop and execute full-chip simulation to validate performance, power, and functional correctness across different operating conditions.? Experience in full chip simulations using co-sim and BMOD methodologies is plus. Collaborate with digital and system engineers to ensure optimal sensor performance. Conduct transistor-level simulations and layout reviews to optimize circuit performance, power, and area. Work closely with process engineers to ensure compatibility with semiconductor manufacturing processes. Perform testing and characterization of fabricated image sensors to validate design performance. Develop and implement innovative circuit architectures to enhance image quality and sensor efficiency. Support product integration and troubleshooting of sensor-related issues. Document design specifications, test results, and design methodologies. Required Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.D. in?VLSI and Microelectronics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design for image sensors or related fields. Strong knowledge of CMOS technology and semiconductor device physics. Experience with transistor-level circuit design, simulation, and verification using Cadence tools. Proficiency in SPICE-based simulations and layout design techniques. Familiarity with low-noise, low-power circuit design principles. Understanding of image sensor architectures, pixel design, and noise analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
