Scope of Work: - Demolition: We began by removing an outdated concrete slab to make way for a more robust foundation. - Installation: Currently, we're in the process of installing a reinforced concrete slab integrated with steel supports. This new foundation is meticulously engineered to support the heavy industrial equipment essential for Bingham & Taylor's production line. For those unfamiliar, a PEMB is a factory-built metal building system designed for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness. But don’t let the “pre-engineered” part fool you—these buildings are fully customizable to meet the unique needs of each project. From layout and design to finishes and functionality, they offer flexibility without sacrificing strength.
